- Rosemary Blackney Added February 21, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not use this flooring company. We hired them to commence on May 27, was told the job would take five days and when we returned the following Monday none of the floors had been sanded and the stair treads were missing. Had to find a replacement firm, refused to give us a refund of our 50% deposit. Returned stair treads with four completely sanded and 9 partially sanded - that was the work achieved in a week. Don't go there.
